How do install Microsoft AppLocale

This post is helping my friend how do install Microsoft AppLocale on Windows 7.

1. Download Microsoft AppLocale from the link http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/tools/apploc.mspx. 
2. Go to Start -> Program -> Search.  Type "cmd".
3. Right click "CMD", select run as Administrator.
4. Go to where do AppLocale Installation file saved, run it by using CMD.
5. It will install the Microsoft AppLocale as Administrator permission.

How do use AppLocale...?
Example, after you installed the chinese character software, you will get the chinese word like "tau ke" word.  Then, go to Start->Program->Microsoft AppLocale, it will launch the Wizard.  Just follow the wizard, you will able to create the short cut link.  REMEMBER, please execute the short cut link instead of actual Installation link, because it won't show proper word if you click original short cut link.
